A product without a vision is like a ship without a compass—it might move, but it won’t reach the right destination.
Have you seen a Scrum Team without a Product Vision? Team members naturally become task-driven people rather than goal-driven ones.
A strong Product Vision aligns teams, inspires stakeholders, and guides decision-making.
Why shouldn’t we invest in building a strong Product Vision message?!
Nowadays, you can leverage AI to do so. Specifically, a video that is usually short, strong, and easy to promote and broadcast in your organization.
Have you thought about how you can create a Product Vision video with AI? Here is the process. For this video, I have used these tools:
1. Luma AI (Dream Machine)
2. Freepik AI
3. DeepSeek
4. ElevenLabs
5. Camtasia
Step 1: Write down all the points that you want to talk about in your vision.
Step 2: Ask an LLM tool (DeepSeek here) to create a scenario script for your vision video. Ask it to give you several scenes.
Step 3: When you want to create a video, you need to break it down into multiple scenes, each would be around 5-10 seconds. This is because of the limitations of AI-generating video tools. For example for the first scene of this video, I used this instruction for the first scene:
Scene 1: Frustrated Trainer
(Visual: A cinematic scene where a real human instructor is sitting at a desk, looking overwhelmed, staring at a screen)
Narrator (energetic yet empathetic):
"Being a trainer today is tough. You put your heart into creating and delivering amazing courses, but…"
Step 4: Give the scene prompt to an AI-generating video tool. For this video, I have used two tools, Luma AI and Freepik. Why? Because sometimes Luma AI created better results, and sometimes Freepik. So, I used to give the prompt to both tools, compare the results, and then choose the best one.
Step 5: Give the narrator text to the ElevenLabs tool, choose a good voice, and download the result.
Step 6: Adding all these materials to Camtasia to mix them and create the final result. In Camtasia, I have added background music and some text to scenes.
Step 7: Rendering the result in Camtasia to create the final video.

I believe Scrum Masters and Product Owners should invest in themselves to learn how to leverage AI in their daily work and be able to create such content.
